The release date moved to October 13

One More Level confirmed the full game now launches October 13, 2026 on Steam. The Demo came back for the summer

Originally released on June 7, 2026, the free Demo was so well received that it was extended, then brought back again for a summer window of July 20 – August 7. One More Level’s reason was simple: they want more player impressions to keep improving the game before launch. A Steam Next Fest standout

Steam named Valor Mortis one of the top Demos of Next Fest, and to celebrate, the studio extended the Demo by two weeks at the time. That recognition, plus a reported speedrun of Chapter 7 in under three minutes, points to a movement-focused design — unsurprising from the team behind Ghostrunner, which the developer itself referenced when talking about the platforming and speed.

The event tour

Through the summer, One More Level is taking Valor Mortis to a run of events, including COREBLAZER, ChinaJoy, and the Steam “From Poland with Love” showcase. The studio’s framing: “It’s really exciting that we get to meet players around the world with our game” as they approach launch.
